Cancellation policy
Out of consideration for others please give 24hrs notice if you need to change
or cancel an appointment. Our answer phone is available 24hrs.

Appointments missed, changed or cancelled with minimal notice will incur a 50% charge of the appointment booked if we are unable to rebook that time.

A credit card number will be requested to secure new appointments over 2hrs and for group bookings.

We are situated at 184 Papanui Road across from the Merivale Post Office. We have parking behind us accessible from St Albans Street also underneath our building and in the Merivale Mall carpark.
